Dillanos Coffee Roasters Officially Revives Batdorf & Bronson Brand

The Batdorf & Bronson revival represents something of a full-circle moment for Dillanos. Morris told Daily Coffee News last year that the company served as inspiration when Dillanos was getting started.

“When we were just getting into roasting in 1992, and we were visiting their roasting facility, I said, ‘I want to be like this some day,’” Morris said at the time.

The newly rebranded Batdorf & Bronson features a visual redesign led by Dillanos’ internal creative team under the watch of Emily Haney, offering a modern aesthetic while recalling the brand’s roots in Olympia.

While some blend names have changed due to trademark restrictions — for example, Dancing Goats Blend will now be called Legacy Blend — all of Batdorf & Bronson’s core blends are being revived.

“We know how much Batdorf & Bronson means to the coffee community — not just in Olympia, but across the entire West Coast,” Dillanos Co-CEO Chris Heyer said today. “This relaunch isn’t about nostalgia. It’s about honoring the past while building a strong, clear future.”

The newly rebranded products are now rolling out to customers throughout the western United States, including to wholesale partners.
